The Davoserhof in Davos Platz, the Swiss national dish fondue gets a new setting. The restaurant was transformed into a fondue pop-up in an uncomplicated way with a lot of courage for color and understanding for the existing building. It has become cozy in the so-called Piz Piz. In the Stübli, rustic Swiss stone pine now meets surreal cloudscapes. Next door, there's plenty of British racing green, young art from all over the world and a wild winter garden with a view of the Jakobshorn. And if you like, you can let the cheese simmer in a mini-box and discover a refreshing collection of Swiss icons all around.
